We've made the process of having your precious wedding dress expertly cleaned and boxed and returned to you as simple as possible. Here's how we do it in just five easy steps...
1. place your order
Place your order and secure your booking with a £75 deposit. We don't ask for any more money until your dress has been cleaned and is ready for delivery.
2. arrange collection
We will contact you to arrange your dress collection at a time that is convenient for you. Our dedicated courier will then come and collect it from you.
3. fully checked
Upon receipt, all items will be checked against your order. If there are any discrepancies or anything we need to discuss, we will contact you.
4. expertly cleaned
We will process your order using a unique bespoke cleaning process tailor made to your dress requirements.
5. returned to you
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to take final payment & make arrangements to deliver the dress at a time which is convenient for you.

Beautiful acid-free storage boxes
Once your wedding dress has been cleaned, you can choose for it to be carefully packed into a museum quality preservation box containing special PH neutral acid free tissue paper.
The box and tissue will protect your cherished dress from atmospheric elements which can be harmful as well as preventing your dress from going yellow or discoloured after several years. And for a truly special and personal touch, why not have your box personalised with our calligraphy service?
